Colour-coded priorities mean that assistants can quickly note which items to do first. The voice file information in the Work In Progress folder means that assistants can quickly organise their day depending on the information displayed on the screen. It is easy to navigate through the recording with a footpedal and headsets. If a document template has been selected from the BigHand Profile Box, a document automatically launches. BigHand passes profiled information to the template.
