BigHand provides a BigHand Services Configuration utility to enable system administrators to manage their BigHand system within one tool. The database section shows the database details and the ability to change authentication details. You can quickly view where the file store, database, and the working directory for submitted voice files are located. Troubleshooting is made easier with the ability to change the behaviour of the logging levels, their maximum file size and where the log file is kept.
