Leading wealth management group St. James’s Place has implemented BigHand voice technology
London, UK, 17 February, 2010 – BigHand, the leading voice productivity vendor for the professional services community, has today announced that wealth management group, St. James’s Place, has implemented BigHand digital dictation workflow technology. The introduction of BigHand for BlackBerry® smartphones to over 50 authors has enabled Directors and Senior Management to dictate ‘on the go’ via their BlackBerry smartphones, instantly submitting back to office based support. St. James’s Place has also made BigHand technology available to the St. James’s Place Partnership.
BigHand provides a much faster and far more secure method of working than tapes, giving secretarial staff instant access to dictations as soon as they have been submitted.
Phil Beville, Executive Director IT, St. James’s Place Wealth Management commented;
“We took the decision to adopt the BigHand technology following a review of our existing processes and are currently rolling out this new system to members of our senior team.”
Over 1,000 organisations and 100,000 users globally use BigHand technology to help increase efficiency and streamline costs.
