Covent Garden based law firm Wedlake Bell has rolled out BigHand's TotalSpeech digital dictation system following an extensive selection process. The implementation of digital dictation is part of the firm's ongoing objective to improve IT efficiency in order to deliver an enhanced service to clients. TotalSpeech has been rolled out to all practice groups, 130 users in the firm's London office, over a period of just one month.
