Terminal Services

The BigHand software is licensed per user so you can have it installed onto a remote PC if working away from the office; all you need is connection to your corporate network such as via VPN (Virtual Private Networking). Alternatively, you can be set up to use BigHand via Terminal Services when you RDP to your work PC that has BigHand already installed. You will need hardware device drivers and RDP plug-in to be able to record or playback.

• Install BigHand Windows Client to remote PC and use VPN to connect to your workplace
• Connect to work via Terminal Services from a thin client or via RDP
• Terminal client only requires device drivers and RDP plug-in
• Seamless integration to the BigHand system
